Our Return Policy

At PureAura, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at supportpureaura@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 24–48 hours.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note: the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
