Returns & Refund Policy

At PureAura, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at supportpureaura@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24–48 hours. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
• Items purchased during final sales or clearance events are non-returnable.
